Wipe pre-soaked pad across face and neck. Do not rinse off. Can be used 3 times a week to start, then gradually progress to a daily routine. Use as directed. Once a day.

Step #3: Hydrate

On clean skin, apply a few drops over the entire face in the AM and PM. Gently massage into the skin before moisturizer.
