How do I return an item?

Brushes can be returned if unused and unopened. All products must be in original packaging.


All sales are final. At this time , due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept Returns. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on returned brushes. However , we are able to replace damaged products that occur in transit after an insurance claim has been filed with the carrier. Please note we do ensure all Palettes are packaged efficiently to minimize the chances of damages that may occur in transit.

We are not responsible for damages that occur in transit from a virtue address to your country. These packages are usually handed off to a third party shipper (Aramex and other virtue addresses), who then ships products to your final destination. Please follow up with them to inquire about their insurance policies before you place an order, to ensure you receive your items in one piece. We are not responsible for Third Party Logistics Damages.
